I have been involved in 60 successful transactions in the last 2 years with over $12 million in sales last year.  I have a wealth of knowledge for both buyers and sellers.  I continue to gain education on all the most current technology and programs available for my clients and myself. I have the tools that will help buyers and sellers achieve all their goals in an efficient and timely manner. I am a creative negotiator and proactive problem solver. My persistence and responsiveness to issues are an asset. I have also experienced relocation personally when I relocated from California, so I understand the issues involved in this type of big move.

I will work for you and keep the lines of communication open while supporting you through the process of buying or selling your home. I understand that buying and/or selling your home might be a stressful and emotional time and I have the skills and knowledge to make this transition as smooth as possible. I enjoy working with people to create their dreams of home ownership by either finding their first home or selling their present one to move forward to their next dream or adventure.

I have lived and worked in East Tennessee, specifically Oak Ridge, for a little over 28 years. From the moment I arrived, I knew that Oak Ridge, Tennessee would be my home and a great place to live and raise my two daughters. When I am not working, I like to travel and hang out with my husband. We enjoy music festivals and science fiction. So, you might find us at a festival or a convention hanging out with Star Wars, Marvel Universe Heroes, or any of the other Sci-Fi fun we can find.
